1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Black pepper to taste
Salt - to taste
1 tsp Sugar (cane)
0.5 tsp Ground coriander
1 tbsp Olive or sunflower oil (unrefined)
2 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp Walnuts
4-5 pcs Prunes
