Billy is sick of the random, stupid products he's been asked to sell, so he turns to roasting his audience and selling his own products. Of course, his own products include a switch to un-alive yourself, which comes with a guarantee that if it doesn't work he'll do it himself in the most brutal way possible. Unclear if the Billy-hitman upgrade comes with an extra fee or not. He then moves on to giving terrible ideas, like wiping your butt with a screwdriver and painting your walls with sh*t, getting rid of your dog and replacing it with a skunk, er, cat, busting on your boss's carpet (but not on your clothes, because that's gross), and taking 1 million cialis pills.
