A beautiful Johnson Viking II delivered to D-lab electronics. This one comes up from TN. Owner wants me to go thru it, bring it back to 100%. I enjoy working on the Viking II"s. They are well designed, robust. Soon to be 70 yrs old and still on the air! Can any of todays modern electronics dream of living that long? Johnson and other Ham radio manufacturers of that time built things to last. They were not directed by bean counters. I'm proud to keep these transmitters running.
