Bournemouth has successfully completed the £25 million signing of goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic from Chelsea. The 25-year-old Serbian international, who initially joined Chelsea from New England Revolution in a £14 million deal in 2023, spent the last season on loan at Strasbourg, where he was named Player of the Season after helping the club secure a Europa Conference League spot. Signing a five-year contract, Petrovic becomes Bournemouth's third addition of the summer and is expected to take on the role of first-choice goalkeeper following Kepa Arrizabalaga's return to Chelsea.
