Pony concept, pony vocal chops, and an amazing instrumental filled with many creative ideas, this track has got it all. Cynifree has been consistently making delightful pony tunes for a while and participated in A State of Sugar compilation albums too, and I'm happy to present you "What Lies Beyond" that feels like the musician's masterpiece. Starting it off with a mysterious concept about undiscovered places in Equestria (that you can read about in the description of the musician's upload of this song), the music immediately conveys those magical, never-seen-before vibes with mystical melodies, and then delights the soul with divine Flutterchops that we so affectionate in Chill tracks like these. But it's not over yet, as over the course of its 6-minutes progression, the track delivers creative percussions and a rich composition overall that keeps us entranced while we get the musical recreation of what it would feel like to gaze at all those new sights. All in all this piece is such a bliss, and yet another token of the power of pony vocal chops and a concept reflected in the music. I'm so glad that I could get the chance to use that lovely and fitting artwork from my DeviantArt favorites! That definitely looks like the kind of beautiful and unusual places that I'd like to explore in undiscovered corners of Equestria or beyond. I saw that there was some fog depicted in the art, so I thought I'd add my signature custom fog effect! I can't do art edits as cool as Tacos can, so gotta try to add something to the uploads in ways I can, hehe.
