I demonstrate an original instrument I have constructed, Demonic Phylactery: Ash'modai, a harsh noise synthesizer. Made from acid etched copper chains and acid etched copper plates, The Demon Prince Ash'modai resides inside this phylactery box, connect his chains to hear him roar.

This synthesizer is housed in a black metal enclosure, is accessible via a 1/4" input jack, and is powered with 9v center negative power. Each plate is connected to an oscillator, and each chain is a binary divider up to 64 divisions, making for a total of 8 oscillators and three binary dividers. The pitch is touch sensitive. The oscillators have ranges that are tunable via trimpots on the chipboard.
