A native Texan, Richard was born in Dallas and is the son of former Dallas Police Captain Jack Bragg. Richard's familiarity with the Dallas area and commitment to excellence have served him well in his past 14 years, where he's worked in Dallas' most prestigious neighborhoods with many of the city's most talented architects, including the late Frank Welch. Richard's portfolio includes estate projects in Highland Park, University Park, Bluffview, and Preston Hollow and multiple homes in Westlake's well-known Vaquero community.

Arlen joins the Milan team after 34 years of owning his successful construction firm in the demanding market of New York City. His portfolio consists of construction of new homes on Long Island, NY, numerous intricate renovations of privately owned NYC townhomes + gut and rebuild renovations of coops and condos. High-end residential was the primary part of his business, with several challenging commercial projects. His family relocated to Texas in 2015 while he continued to travel weekly between Dallas and NYC. Due to Covid-19 pandemic and its travel restrictions, he has chosen to make Dallas his full-time home.
