A 14-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a mass shooting in Toronto’s Rexdale neighbourhood that left two dead earlier this month.

After his initial arrest related to a stolen vehicle, the teenager has since been charged with two counts of first-degree murder as a Toronto police investigation alleges he was one of the suspects involved in the shooting.
