
Thats why I decided to run everyday 5-7 KM and making it part of my routine, I also tried to show how rewarding it has been and how much of a positive impact it can have.
As a total beginner I chose to run 3 miles or 5 kilometres (km) per day as the brief research I did said this is a good place to start if you feel like you are able to do so. Try the challenge for yourself! in these times of self isolation / quarantine its the perfect time to take up hobby like running. If you don't know how to start running, just walk arround.
