Garlic Shrimp Meal Prep 🍤🥦🍚

This garlic shrimp with broccoli & rice is the ultimate quick and easy meal prep! Sweet, savory, and packed with flavor, it comes together in under 30 minutes.

Here’s what you need:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 ½ tbsp garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 ½ tbsp ketchup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• ½ tbsp salt
• 1 ½ tbsp butter
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 3 cups steamed broccoli

How to make:
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, and add in the sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
3️⃣ Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
4️⃣ While the shrimp cooks, prepare rice and steam the broccoli.
5️⃣ Divide everything evenly into meal prep containers—about ½ cup rice, 1 cup broccoli, and 4 oz shrimp per serving.
