Getting an LE without upgrades challenge

a friend of mine was streaming a playthrough with no upgrades, and upon seeing this LE, they deemed it impossibru to get. Time to prove them wrong

I used a standing jump glitch at some point, to do it, tap crouch and almost immediatelly after- jump. If you jump in one place, jump earlier. If you dont jump at all, jump later

When doing the jump, make sure not to bump into the vertical vents, so jump a little bit to the right.

Also, hold forward when jumping, to get attracted by the vent :)
