hii, there! Welcome to the sparkle family!✨️ Lately, ive been getting back to my yoga, meditation and breathework practice and it has been amazing for my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being and health. When I carve out the time for sacred daily practices ground and center me. My is more able to open, im able to open up to others and these songs pop out of me. And I love them. i love to sing and it comforts me and i hope these songs maoe your heart flutter and chuckle. Maybe even a good cry. While practicing outside by the garden and i spray myself with eseential oils and clover to protect me from ticks. I was observing the crickets, nature in the present moment and I imagine crickets, birds and other be8ngs sing and make music to comfort themselves and i thought to myself, "hey, that's what i have been doing everyday."
