Bernie the Reindeer Lyrics:

Well, we've all heard about Rudolph and his friends.
But nobody every talks about Bernie.
Bernie the Reindeer.

That's probably because Bernie wasn't very special .
In fact, he couldn't really do anything at all.
And Santa had a hard time finding anything for him to do.

His nose doesn't glow and he doesn't like snow.
And he doesn't say, ho ho ho.
Whatcha gonna do with Bernie, Santa Claus?

Bernie didn't like to be outside.
So Santa thought hey,
let's put him in the workshop making toys with the elves.
But Bernie's antlers were so big he kept knocking everything over.
And the elves were getting very very angry.

His nose doesn't glow and he doesn't like snow.
And he doesn't say, ho ho ho.
Whatcha gonna do with Bernie, Santa Claus?

So Santa thought hey,
let's put him in the kitchen.
He can help to make Christmas dinner.
But Bernie liked to eat.
He ate everything he saw!
He at the turkey.
He at the vegetables.
And he even at the table!
Yeah.

His nose doesn't glow and he doesn't like snow.
And he doesn't say, ho ho ho.
Whatcha gonna do with Bernie, Santa Claus?

But Bernie liked to talk.
In fact, he talked all the time.
And Santa Claus though hey wait,
we need someone to answer the phones at the North Pole.
People are always calling.
I think Bernie would be perfect.
And now Bernie's the new telephone guy.

His nose doesn't glow and he doesn't like snow.
And he doesn't say, ho ho ho.
Whatcha gonna do with Bernie, Santa Claus?

So not everyone in life has something special they can do.
Or maybe they just don't see it.
But you know, if you look very very hard I'm sure you'll find your special thing.
And if you like doing it, you'll be very good at it.
I'm sure!
