
I'm not talking about allergies or removing the tomatoes from a sandwich— those aren't making up a whole new item that we don't usually serve.
Some restaurants are designed for the people who want to create their own items or "have things their way", but most places have a specific flow for their kitchens that needs to be respected.
So, if you're the kind of person who believes that you, as the customer, are actually always right, I'd suggest you find one of those DIY places to eat at.
