This is one of the most delicious Salads I make, I crave it and make it often because it’s so easy, healthy and quick and I can’t tell you enough about just how delicious it truly is, and all it takes is a few ingredients. This Cucumber Tomato and Avocado salad is the perfect side dish and it is also perfect by itself with some yummy crunchy bread on the side.
