UPDATE: Since our video on NOB earlier this month, 7981 Kal has entered a guilty plea on charges of racketeering, crack cocaine distribution, and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. The conspiracy count carries a 5-year minimum and a maximum of 40, but prosecutors have agreed to ask for a sentence "not to exceed 13.5 years." The sentencing date is scheduled for November but these type of hearings are often re-scheduled a few times before the sentencing actually occurs.
Ricky Pina, Wilson "Dub" Goncalves-Mendes, and Damian Cortez have also entered guilty pleas to various federal offenses.
