There are some European countries that aren't fully European.
Turkey is sometimes considered European because of its political and historical relations with Europe. However this country is mainly Asian as its culture is similar to Turkic countries in Asia and only 3% of its land is in Europe.
Russia is also complicated as almost 77% of its land is located in Asia. However it is considered European, because Russians are a Slavic group just like Poles and the Czech Republic.
