In this video, we demonstrate an upper and lower blepharoplasty. The lower blepharoplasty is performed using a closed transconjunctival approach, involving ligament release and repositioning of the fat pads to fill the tear trough area. The upper blepharoplasty includes skin excision, partial removal and reshaping (resection) of the fat pads. Additionally, an endoscopic brow lift is performed through an incision in the scalp, with ligament release and elevation of the brow.
