KT Tunstall (Kate Victoria Tunstall) is a Scottish singer, songwriter, and musician, born June 23, 1975.She first gained attention in 2004 for her live performance of the song Black Horse and the Cherry Tree on Later... with Jools Holland.
Her debut album Eye to the Telescope (2004) became popular and sold over 5 million copies.
She has won numerous awards, including the Q Award, Brit Awards (Best British Female Artist and Breakthrough of the Year), Ivor Novello Awards, and others.
