Reflecting on instances like Kanye West's mother and DC Young Fly's partner who died following similar surgeries, Lena disclosed that motherhood changed her perspective on risk. Now cautious, she avoids high-risk endeavors, including future BBL procedures. Nonetheless, Lena remains open to less perilous surgeries, such as a facelift.
