Delicious Bombay Biryani Recipe!

You’ll need:
• 1 whole chicken + 1 chicken breast
• 3 Cups basmati rice
• 2 large onions (fried until golden)
• 1 pack Shan Bombay Biryani Masala
• 2 tomatoes, 1 cup yogurt, oil, salt (to taste)
• 4 large golden potatoes (cut into fries)
• Saffron, 1 large lemon, cilantro

Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, Shan masala, and some fried onions for 20 mins.
2. In a pot, heat oil, add marinated chicken, and cook for 5 mins.
3. Add tomatoes, potatoes, 1.5 glasses of water, mix, cover, and cook until soft.
4. Boil rice until 90% cooked, drain, and start layering:
• Gravy → Rice → Cilantro → Fried onions → Lemon slices → Rice
5. Add orange food color, saffron, cover with foil, and seal with a lid.
6. Cook on high for 5 mins, then on low for 25 mins.
