Crinoids are marine animals, though they look like plants. They are cousins of the sea stars and sea urchins, and exist in many different colours and sizes in the Indopacific. Most scuba divers cannot even imagine that they host many other different animals, like shrimps, fish and squat lobsters. I tried to document one of these colonies in Tulamben (Bali, Indonesia) with my cheap cellphone (Xiaomi Note 7) inside a Divevolk Sea Touch Pro 3 underwater housing. Sometimes I used a AOI UCL-900 macro wet lens. All settings (Aperture, speed, white Balance and ISO) were manually selected.
It was coupled with 2 DivePro Vision Pro+ UW lights (15.000) lumen each, and blue filters, mounted on a tray, with a DIY tripod.
