📝: On July 31, 2025, mgk went on the Pat McAfee Show in Canton, Ohio. During this podcast interview, mgk said he used to play tight end and scored one touchdown at the time. mgk also said he's on a 50 hour migraine because of water fasting. mgk talked about football mouth guards and even wore a pink one during the interview.

"Since when did mouth guards look like the things that my babies have?" mgk said, looking at the pink mouth guard. "They look like a binky. When I played sports the one time I ever did, it would just look like a mouth guard. I was a tight end. I scored one football... *mgk realizes he mistakenly said 'football' instead of 'touchdown'* That's crazy. I scored one touchdown. I'm on a 50-hour migraine, so that... this [may be why mgk mistakenly said 'football']."

"Is that cause you're water fasting and don't eat food?" Pat McAfee asked.

"I actually do think that it's catching up to me," mgk said. "This album [mgk's new album 'lost americana'], I did after a four-day water fast, and that's why I was just, like, 'Okay, I believe in it,' like, this came from a pure place. I did it with my best friends. We made this [album] in the living room. Our studio burnt down in those LA fires, so we just set the mic up in my house."

"You said you drink coffee, drink water, and smoke cigarettes," Pat McAfee said.

"It's about it, dude," mgk said.

"Super handsome, great shape too," Pat McAfee complimented mgk. "You look like the mannequin, you know, can wear whatever. You are like supermodel stuff now."

"I feel very free 'cause I stopped caring about opinions anymore," mgk said and proceeded to wear the pink mouthpiece (mouth guard).

"If he didn't quit in one day at football, he could have been in here with that," Pat McAfee joked.

"Remember when I scored one football?" mgk said. mgk is very funny and hilarious.

FYI: On June 2, 2025, mgk went on Adin Ross' stream on Kick and talked about his diet and water fasting. "I don't really eat. Just do water a bunch," mgk said. "Bone broth with kimchi and a sauerkraut."

Adin Ross asked mgk, "How are you so healthy?" and mgk said, "I don't know. I mean, I really, honestly, just coffee and cigarette is what I can..." mgk also said, "I drink like celery juice sometimes."
