Introducing Papa Don't Preach, a six-year-old sprinter trained by Nottinghamshire-based trainer Kevin Frost. Papa Don't Preach has now raced 49 times and has won on three occasions in fairness to him, though the first of those was as 1/8F in a small field at Wolverhampton back in November 2001, the second when he was awarded the race in the stewards' room in January 2023 and most recently when wearing first-time blinkers to sharpen him up in October 2024 at Chelmsford.
A talented horse though clearly something of a character, he's earned nearly £70,000 in prize money and has finished runner-up eight times in his career and in the places on many more occasions.
