
WE TAKE for 4-6 servings:
🔹 potatoes 4 pcs
🔹 carrots 2 pcs
🔹 eggs 2 pcs
🔹 pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs
🔹 boiled sausage 200 gr
🔹 green peas 150-200 gr
🔹 mayonnaise 200-300 gr
🔹 onion / dill / salt to taste
WE DO:
✅ boil potatoes, carrots, eggs until tender and cool (it is better to do it in advance)
✅ peel boiled vegetables and eggs and cut into small cubes
✅ cut boiled sausage and pickles into cubes
✅ add green peas, chopped onions (preferably green), dill, mayonnaise and salt to taste to the salad
✅ Serve the salad chilled
* it is better to cool vegetables and eggs for the convenience of cutting, so we prepare in advance
* salad looks more appetizing if you take the size of large green peas for the size of the cubes
* if the salad is prepared in advance, do not season with mayonnaise, do not stir or salt, put all the ingredients in layers, starting with chopped cucumbers and green peas - this way the salad will keep its shape, it will not flow ...
