
That's going to be a hard no for me, both as a restaurant worker and as a guest at other places. If I'm going out to eat, I want to know that I'll be leaving full— preferably with leftovers, too.
The way I see it, there has to be the perfect balance. The product that you are serving must be of high quality, well-portioned, and fairly priced.
At the end of the day, you should be proud of what you're serving. If you're only in this industry to make money, you're definitely doing it wrong.
