In Supergirl Season 2, Episode 10, Livewire is secretly kidnapped by a mad scientist, who uses a special device to continuously drain her electric energy. His goal? To create electrified super-soldiers and sell them to foreign governments. Meanwhile, Winn Schott from the DEO discovers her location, prompting James Olsen and Mon-El to mount a rescue mission. However, the scientist has already empowered two henchmen with similar electric powers, and the amateur heroes are quickly defeated and captured.

While imprisoned, the fierce and sarcastic Livewire mocks her rescuers, doubting their ability to act without Supergirl. Back at the DEO, Winn confesses everything to Supergirl, who immediately rushes to the lab. She arrives just in time to stop the scientist from further harming her friends. Supergirl swiftly destroys the containment device, freeing Guardian and Mon-El, and instructs them to hold off the electric minions. Then she releases the weakened Livewire, saving her from the power-draining machine.

Temporarily united by a common enemy, Supergirl and Livewire join forces, unleashing a powerful counterattack against the enhanced soldiers and their deranged creator. In this unlikely team-up between justice and chaos, the scientist’s illegal experiments are ultimately brought to an end.
