Human performance is a tricky subject. We can have the procedures written perfectly on paper, but harboring a compliant work culture involves a few more steps:
🗣️ Effective #communication is critical for #compliance. If we allow the team to bend the rules, there's no telling how far things will go.
✔️ Consistency is a two-way street. We can't fairly expect some members to comply fully when we give others slack.
⏩ Corrective actions need to be timely. We can't learn from our mistakes if we hardly remember them!
