She is passionate about youth empowerment and women in business, Omon has trained and employed over 20,000 Youths. Omon has recently been vested with an Honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Legal and logistics Management from the Ballsbridge University, West Indies.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) , a Forbes Business Council Member, member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIOD), she is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Practitioners (AOPN) amongst others.
