Welcome back to my channel! In today's exciting video, I’m thrilled to share with you the step-by-step process of how I built a stunning model of the Mahindra Thar car entirely out of cardboard. For car enthusiasts, hobbyists, and DIY lovers, this project is not only a fun challenge but also a fantastic way to explore creativity and engineering principles.

### Project Overview

The Mahindra Thar, known for its rugged design and off-road capabilities, inspires many hobbyists. My goal was to construct a functional model that showcases the essence of this iconic vehicle. Using simple materials like cardboard, I sought to demonstrate how you can create something visually striking and mechanically impressive.

### Materials Used

To build the Mahindra Thar model, I utilized the following materials:

1. *Cardboard*: The main building material, perfect for incorporating structural integrity while being lightweight. It’s also easy to work with, making it accessible for everyone.
2. *N20 Gear Motors (4)*: These small yet powerful motors drive the wheels of the car, allowing it to move and navigate.
3. *Lithium-ion Battery*: This rechargeable battery powers the entire system, providing the necessary energy for the motors and lights.
4. *40MHz Receiver*: Essential for remote control operation, allowing me to maneuver the car from a distance.
5. *RGB Headlights and Back Lights*: To enhance the aesthetics, RGB lights were installed, offering customizable lighting solutions.
6. *Bar Light*: I added a bar light on top of the car for more dramatic lighting effects, giving it a unique look.
7. *Switch*: An on/off switch was installed inside the car, providing convenient control over the model’s power.

### Building Process

*Step 1: Design and Planning*
Before diving into construction, I carefully planned the design of the Mahindra Thar. I sketched out the dimensions, taking into account the proportions relative to the actual vehicle. This phase is crucial because it sets the foundation for a well-built model.

*Step 2: Cutting and Shaping the Cardboard*
Using the plan I created, I began cutting the cardboard into various shapes needed for different parts of the car, such as the body, wheels, and chassis. This requires precision to ensure that everything fits together perfectly.

*Step 3: Assembling the Chassis*
The chassis serves as the backbone of the model. I attached the wheels and motors to it, making sure everything is aligned properly for smooth operation. This step involved a lot of tinkering and adjustments to ensure the motors were positioned correctly for optimal performance.

*Step 4: Installing the Electronics*
Next, it was time to integrate the electronics. I connected the N20 gear motors to the battery and the 40MHz receiver. This setup required some basic wiring, which I explain in detail in the video. Anyone looking to learn about electronics would find this segment particularly informative.

*Step 5: Adding Lights*
To bring the model to life, I installed the RGB headlights and back lights. I discuss the importance of lighting in model building, as it not only improves visibility but also adds to the overall aesthetic appeal. The bar light installation was a fun addition, highlighting the model’s rugged character.

*Step 6: Final Assembly and Testing*
Once everything was in place, I carefully assembled the car and secured all components. It was finally time for testing! Watching the model drive around was incredibly rewarding, showcasing the culmination of hard work and creativity.

### Challenges Faced

Throughout this project, I encountered several challenges, such as ensuring the motors had enough torque, dealing with the weight distribution, and making adjustments for smooth steering.
