→ Your therapist might be too kind to tell you what actually works.
→ Recovery isn’t about feeling better. It’s about getting better at feeling.
I know that’s a lot. But it’s the truth.
And I don’t say it to call you out, I say it because I’ve sat with the most severe OCD/anxiety cases in the world. I’ve done the work myself. And I’ve seen what actually works when nothing else does.
