Kick, Bass, Hats, and Melody all coming from WMD/SSF Modbox.

Kick: Modbox sine LFO 1 synced to Pam’s New Workout at x16 pulses per beat to help avoid DC offset at beginning of kick, output to Quad VCA with envelope from Zadar, then into 2HP MMF LPF to cut HF with touch of resonance at cutoff, output to Zlob EQ to add back highs with a touch of midrange.

Bass Swell: Modbox 240 degree output of sine LFO 1 into FXbox with various fx for fattening, then into mixer. The internal linear VCA of the WMD performance mixer was opened with an envelope from Zadar.

Hats: Modbox noise output into LDX 12db LPG (top) with CV from Zadar influencing response, then into MMF LFP with some added resonance at cutoff.

Melody and Glitchy FX: Modbox skew output unsynced with modulation of skew shape inbetween saw and triangle, fed to Quad VCA with envelope from Malekko AD/LFO, then into MMF bandpass output with filter modulation and some resonance at cutoff, into 4 MS DLD. Additional signal multed before DLD and fed into Hologram Infinite Jets ‘Glitch’ setting with output at 100% wet.

Additionally, the sample and hold output of the Modbox was used for further modulation of various parameters. All in all, the Modbox is an incredible analog tool that has many uses in a ridiculously small package.
