Everyone in the village knows about him because of his unique stature. Due to a genetic disorder he never grew to an average height. When asked, he hadn't eaten breakfast so the young man went and bought some food for him.
The young man often do kind deeds like this and share them online. He gains support from fans who donates money so he can do more kind things for people in need.
The young man wheel the old man back home and after eating breakfast, the old man showed the young man his pet fishes in his tank. He loves fishes and loves seeing them daily. He puts the tank on the floor, because that's the only way he can see them.
It was the old man's birthday so the young man had something planned for him. He took the old man to the grocery store and bought him food. The old man was courteous, he kept telling the young man that it was enough and they eventually went home where the young man made a cake for the old man as the old man never had a chance to celebrate his birthday.
The old man had been living alone for 50 years after his father died. He never married and don't have kids. It's thanks to kind people like this young man that he's able to survive.
