#jamuary day 20 - serendipity - I had no plan for today when I noticed the (rarely used) lapsteel in the corner and thought it might fit nicely onto the synth desk for some fun sonic exploration.

I rigged it up and recorded a couple of jams and was quite enjoying the sound. Then I checked my phone and saw @sonauratube prompt for the day about using quirky/little used instruments and this fit perfectly - without even meaning to!

15 years ago (that long!??) I was really into slide guitar and spent a lot of time playing it. It was nice to go back and play a little, although I was incredibly rusty. Luckily the delays and synths hide some of it…
