Listening to a ham radio station by using a Shortwave Radio with a signal generator (DDS-AD9851) as a BFO.The Redsun RP-2100 is a multi-band commercial radio. It has no SSB resource. However, it has an IF AM output that allows the user to connect a BFO or a Down-Converter (455 KHz to 12 KHz) to provide SSB, DRM and others modes.
In this video I am using a signal generator oscillating on 455KHz to work as a BFO.
