Been hearing this noise nonstop on channel 1 for two days now.. I'm in Atlantic Canada but the signal is likely from the northeast US. Sounds like some sort of jamming to me but I have no idea who's doing it or why. If anyone has an idea please comment. Also, this does not only happen on my base radio, my mobile's been picking it up all over town as well.(The voices in the background are from a marine radio scanning the band)
