Colonization caused immense harm to our world and created intergenerational trauma for all.

In this video, I share how colonization created collective and intergenerational trauma particularly for white people. In part 2, I will focus specifically on Black, Indigenous, people of color.

For collective healing and liberation, we need healing for us all.

If you are a Black, Indigenous, person of color, you may want to skip this video, I will be speaking to the healing that is for white people to be able to show up their personal and our collective healing and liberation. Rest assured that we do not do spiritual bypassing, we do not coddle whiteness, we teach the difficult truths and expose the colonial shadows so that true healing and liberation can come, and we do so rooted in Mother Earth's love, in the medicine of the Q'ero Inca lineage because we also understand that people that are shamed do not learn and unlearn and because we understand that ultimately, Decolonial work is about dismantling all the harm of this old paradigm, not keep us looping in the same cycle.
