Well, I understand that it's sort of weird to name a track "Cellar Symphony", but it greatly fits my "Head Canon" of the younger Scarlet Sister.
It seems that there is something... beastial in this "Symphony".
Initially it feels like something is dripping in an old, moldy cellar with "slurpy" sounds. However, I might be wrong~.

After all, most likely I've underestimated the "power" of isolation... OwO
