In this Salsa Tutorial Body Movement Video you gonna learn the best exercises for your Salsa Body Movement. Learn first the foundation. The Foundation starts from the bottom. That means your Feet. Try to squeeze your left foot into the floor as you would do it on the stepper. You start with the ball of the foot by finishing with your heel. As you arrive on your heels, the weight is now complete on you left leg. Now do the same with your right leg.
Salsa is like walking / running. In order to run fast, Body Isolation is necessary. Try to remember how you run and you will realize that you isolate your Upper Body from your legs.
Try and practice a lot until your Salsa Basic steps looks naturally. That's important, otherwise you look like a robot.
Use your arms as in the video. They will support your Basic Step. Harmony is important. Use your whole Body. Close your eyes and be in harmony with yourself.
