This Oghuz Khagan album mixes the styles of 1970s psychedelic Anatolian rock with 1970s progressive rock, as per fan request. Progressive rock songs often range from 6-12 minutes in length, taking the listener on a journey through what sometimes sounds like 2-3 different songs merged into one. According to our fan requesting the style, record companies often prevented their Anatolian rock artists from experimenting with the length of songs, making this album and its exploration of ancient Turkish mythology a perfect "What-if?" for our EP series.
