I show you how I make my simple and tasty Houmous (Hummus) for apéritif or a light lunch snack. Why not get the ingredients below ready and let's make it together.
All you need is a mixer, a large bowl, a jar to put the finished houmous in for chilling in the fridge and a few spoons.
Ingredients:
400 gm Chickpeas
1 Large Grilled Pepper
Cumin Seeds
Salt
Olive Oil
1 lemon
