This project profile takes a look back through Baltimore's history, specifically at a retail hub just east of downtown. Unfortunately the redevelopment project that took place in the late 1960's had limited success and quickly fell into disrepair. Almost completely abandoned now, the site sits as an eerie reminder of the past. A new redevelopment project began for the site and surrounding areas in 2020 and has been progressing reasonably well so far.
