
Ingredients:
• 1 kg carrots, peeled and grated
• 1 liter milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup Aashirvaad 90% Lower Cholesterol Ghee
• 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
• Chopped nuts or raisins for garnish
Instructions:
Heat Aashirvaad 90% Lower Cholesterol Ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add grated carrots and sauté until they soften.
Add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the milk is absorbed.
Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and the carrots are fully cooked.
Garnish with chopped nuts or raisins.
