Specifically, Gohan Black! Yup, You can play as Gohan Black on the PC Version for the game! Furthermore, he even is able to transform into his Ultimate Form!He even has unique intros and voicelines!

Note: So, this is from a Custom Battle From Z Mods, where you can play as Gohan Black! And you even have access to his Ultimate Form Transformation! Gohan Black of course, is in the Story Mode of Sparking Zero What If. In this case, I fight off against Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku, SSB Vegeta, Piccolo, Gotenks, and Gohan.
Other: From Trying this out, not bad. Not bad at all. I have an RTX2070, which I have to admit, struggles to handle this game at 1440p for some reason. But overall, the smoothness of the attacks was great. For this Video, I sought to go around the stage. Use Supers/Ultimates, and Freeroam. Along with trying to see how it overall is.
There were some annoying moments when recording this video. Specifically because 2 player was set to auto. Which meant that my opponent kept blocking/countering my moves. Which sucked
