Update (06/10/2022): Indeed! The songs "Undertones" and "Talk to Feet" are by the band Oslo from the album Daylight (1999)
Thanks to Acu- Rite (Weatherapp) for the album rip, they usually have differences between the album and live but they are the right songs



Both songs were recorded live from Garage Glasgow in 1999
OP said that band name sounds like "OSLO" but can't find anything of them. Could be potentially the same band from this Discogs page:
