Part 2. In this video I am testing the transmitters power transformers and DC supplies. The 350vdc power supply has a short. Tracing it became quite a feat. After a few hours of chasing my tail around, I discovered the short was a simple fix. Had I performed a better initial inspection, this would have been discovered, saving me time + frustration. Good to keep in mind. If someone else has been in there before you, there may be some surprises awaiting! I have the power supplies tested. Next step will be rebuilding the audio section.
