
I’ve been really enjoying P90-equipped guitars recently, and a friend offered to lend me his V120 to shoot this video, so here it is!
The Vintage brand is one of the most well-known these days for making excellent, affordable guitars decked out with Wilkinson hardware, and so I had high hopes for this guitar straight off the bat.
In this video, I play a bunch of riffs in my favorite genres and we’ll see how the single Wilkinson P90 pickup handles it all.

My setup was as follows: I ran the V120 (through my Revv G3 distortion pedal for the really heavy sounds) into my Hughes & Kettner Black Spirit 200 head. That went from the Red Box DI straight into my Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, which went into Logic Pro X. That's it. No post-processing on the sounds was done.
