Have you ever had a meal that was so good that you still dream about it?To this day I still think about a sandwich I had when I was traveling years ago— it was that good.
And, you know, that really inspired our goal here at Detroit 75 Kitchen. We have the opportunity to give our guests an experience so incredible that they cannot wait to tell people about it.
Honestly, when I hear guests say that someone they know turned them on to our place, it is the highest form of praise.
Every day, I get to feed people, and it is the best gift I could ask for.
