Cuando buscábamos por Osaka 🍡 algunas tiendas de discos 💿 para sumar a nuestro recorrido y leímos su nombre 🗺️, sabíamos que estábamos frente a una parada obligatoria. Como no vamos a pasar por una tienda de discos que lleva el nombre del más grande: MARADONA 🇦🇷⚽. Maradona Records está ubicado a unos 20 minutos caminando desde el caótico centro de Dotombori 🍙. Shaun, dueño de la tienda, es un fanático del futbol y de la música 🎼: mezclando sus pasiones, decidió nombrar el negocio de esa manera (sin importar que también tiene familia Inglesa 😂).
La tienda abrió en 2021, post pandemia, siendo la primer disquería en el barrio de Tanimachi-Rokuchome 📍 (también conocido como Taniroku’). Con bateas cargadísimas, más de 2.000 discos en un pequeño espacio y perchas con merch propio, Maradona Records es el lugar ideal para encontrar música japonesa 🗼, reggae, disco, soul, funk y especialmente Hip Hop 🎤: su género favorito.
En este Crate Guest 💿, Shaun nos comparte algunos de los discos que tenía pensados escuchar para acompañar su jornada de trabajo aquella noche en Osaka.

When we were looking for record stores 💿 in Osaka 🍡 to add to our tour and read its name 🗺️, we knew we were in for a must-see. How could we not pass by a record store named after the greatest: MARADONA 🇦🇷⚽? Maradona Records is located about a 20-minute walk from the chaotic center of Dotombori 🍙. Shaun, the store's owner, is a soccer and music fanatic 🎼: combining their passions, he decided to name the business after them (even though he also has English family 😂).
The store opened in 2021, post-pandemic, being the first record store in the Tanimachi-Rokuchome 📍 neighborhood (also known as Taniroku'). With stacked bins, over 2,000 records in a small space, and racks of their own merch, Maradona Records is the ideal place to find Japanese music 🗼, reggae, disco, soul, funk, and especially Hip Hop 🎤: his favorite genre.
In this Crate Guest 💿, Shaun shares some of the Hip Hop records he had planned to listen to to accompany his work day that night in Osaka.

ツアーに追加するために大阪🍡でレコード店💿を探していて、その名前🗺️を読んだとき、私たちは必見の場所に直面していると分かりました。偉大なマラドーナ🇦🇷⚽にちなんで名付けられたレコード店を通り過ぎないわけにはいきません。マラドーナレコードは、道頓堀🍙の混沌とし​​た中心部から徒歩約20分のところにあります。店のオーナーであるショーンは、サッカーと音楽の大ファンです 🎼。彼は自分の情熱を組み合わせて、店の名前をそのようにすることにしました (彼自身もイギリス人の家族がいるという事実にもかかわらず 😂)。
