Salut mes amis! Today I have stolen the lovely Maria from Prana at Work (Check her Youtube out HERE: ) to speak about being vegetarian in France (or being vegan in France as she transitions). With such a long history of heavily meat-based dishes, veganism in France and even vegetarianism in France are slightly less developed lifestyles than they are in other European countries such as the UK and Germany.

So, amongst the other French cultural differences, is it hard to be vegetarian in France for an American? Or is it easy? Maria shares with us openly and honestly about her experiences so far!
